1. Shipping Costs

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across India.

There are no hidden shipping fees at checkout. The price you see on the product page is the final price you pay (excluding applicable taxes).

2. Order Processing (Handling Time)

Processing Time: 1 – 2 Business Days (Monday to Saturday).
Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 4:00 PM IST or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Warehouse Location: We ship from our warehouse in Pritam Pur Colony, 62M4+88G, Near Dada Ghulda And Water Plant, Samalkha, Panipat, Haryana - 132101, India.

3. Delivery Timelines (Transit Time)

We use premium courier partners (including Shiprocket, Delhivery, and BlueDart) to ensure fast delivery.

Metro Cities: 4 – 7 Business Days
Rest of India: 5 – 8 Business Days
Remote Areas / North East: 7 – 12 Business Days

Total Estimated Delivery Time = Handling Time (1-2 days) + Transit Time (4-12 days).

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or WhatsApp message containing your Tracking Number.

5. Delivery Area

Currently, we only ship within the territory of India. We do not ship internationally.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will investigate with the courier partner and issue a replacement or refund as per our policy.
